Originally from Australia, and with over 20 years of experience as a project management professional in technology, Jessica has worked in 7 countries. Community and bringing people together, regardless of cultural background, are important to Jessica, not just within a corporate environment.

Jessica moved to Scotland in 2019 where she started her family. They have a young son and two cats and she enjoys knitting in her spare time, after volunteering to provide baby hats to a hospital in Glasgow in 2023.

After being invited to a skills workshop for Codebase and Inspiring Scotland, Jessica was introduced to MCFB and was attracted by their inclusive projects, such as Mums’ Group cookbook, MCFB practice learning, and BAME mentoring program. Jessica joined the board at MCFB in 2024.

An active STEM ambassador, Jessica mentors students pursuing a career in technology and has applied to start a Masters in Cybersecurity in 2024.
